This photo shows a monument in commemoration of the Great War of 1914 to 1918, it is located on Kintore Avenue, North Terrace in Adelaide. This monument was built for those who fell in the First World War, for the south Australian soldiers, airmen and sailors. The monument is in macclesfield marble, granite and bronze. The S.D. Tillet Memorials Ltd was the contractors of the monument. The war memorial was designed by Woods, Bagot, Irwin and Laybourne_Smith. On the North Terrace, a well known street in Adelaide you will be able to see along this street the Adelaide Railway Station, the Parliament House, the Adelaide Convention Centre. And if you are looking for a nice hotel you can have a look at the Hyatt Hotel also located on the North Terrace.
