Here a process of physical weathering haven taken place, erosion due to wind causing them to break and to form small caves due to breaking down of rock into smaller ones. Caves have often been used as shelter and aborigines believed that it were move safe to live inside them so as to keep away from evil spirits. This belief is nowadays just a myth and no one lives in these caves, it is used by small animals as a habitat and people like visiting it. Caves were strongly believed to have protective power and that the gods would protect the people. It was very useful as a refuge during the period where the aborigines fought for their land and for their basic right. Australia is a beautiful place to visit and a lot to learn from it too.
