The
Kata Tjuta also known as the Olgas are a set of rock formation.
No one knows exactly how it has been scientifically possible to
mix granite, basalt and mudstone together but maybe after all
the weathering during the past centuries it has just mixed and
the only proof is that the Olgas stand there. There are thirty
six domes and the highest lies Eastern end of Docer river road.
The Olgas mountains is the most visited place in Australia
nowadays as today it has become a public place and the
aborigines who found the place sacred are gone, so to learn or
study scientific state of these mountains people just visit the
place and do their researches. Even though it has a beautiful
view! |
