Feeding the
dolphins at Tangalooma is one of the famous activities of the
place. The visitors love to participate to the activity of
feedings dolphins. Most of the time this activity is done during
the evening and need to be booked in advanced because there is a
limited number of guests that can hand feed the dolphins every
evening. The Marine Research and Education Centre have been
created to help in research and support the feeding program and
dolphin care. The centre is opened everyday from ten am to noon
and from one pm to five pm. The centre provides visitors in
information and proposes different activities to children. If
guests want to learn more about dolphins there is a little
library of books over whales and dolphins. There also other
activities proposed to visitors at Tangalooma as whale watching,
parasailing, fishing, quad bike tours, sand toboganning, marine
eco cruise and water sports. |
