Redcliffe is
an area located in Queensland Australia. Redcliffe is the name
given to a city and a peninsula. The Redcliffe Peninsula is a
quite flat area; there are only a few places with a level of
twenty meters above the sea. The city of Redcliffe is for
Moreton Bay as a service centre. The city has a population of
around forty nine thousand. One of the main industries of
Redcliffe is fishing but there live also from tourisms. There is
around five hundred thousand tourist visiting the area yearly.
It is said that Redcliffe was the area of Queensland where the
European settled. Matthew Flinders was the first visitor in July
1799. There are a lot of tourists who love shopping during their
vacation; Redcliffe has interesting shopping areas as, Woody
Point Village, Redcliffe Seaside Village, Margate Village,
Scarborough Seaside Village and Peninsula Fair & Kippa-Ring
Village. So while being in Queensland do not miss to visit
