John Lort Strokes was a British captain who visited the harbour
and named it after his friend Charles Darwin Magnificent view of
the beach surrounded by some restaurants, bungalows and shops!
How fantastic it would be just to be seated eating some hot or
cold food, maybe Australian specialities too in front of the
wonderful beach. As quiet as it seems there are still many
activities going on in the area but everyone may have a quiet
moment as the place is so peaceful. Tourists enjoy this place
and Australians themselves too as the goods are not very
expensive and are affordable for people. The food served in the
restaurants is delicious and you may find for any taste. Of
course in the cafés or restaurants, there are not only seated
places outside if the fresh air bugs you or it is a little too
cool you may also decide to be seated inside. Australia offers
the best for anyone and Darwin too. The place is so welcoming
that you would feel at ease at anytime of the year. |
