This
picture represents one of the most beautiful parks in Darwin.
With of course its wonderful view as shown and shady area, this
park is opened to everyone and is very welcoming such as other
parks in Australia, even in Darwin. Some parks are for example
the Lichfield National Park which is a wonderland, you are
provided with lovely waterfalls and plunge pools which are
refreshing when the sun shines too strong, ranges and
rainforests too. The George Brown Botanical garden is just a
short bike ride or drive away for the city. There are many
aboriginal plants there which are world known. The Casuarina
coastal reserve is also not very far from the city, only
20minutes drive, it has a sandy beach, and there are also
amazing sandstone cliffs and the famous aboriginal sacred site.
The Territory wildlife park, is a world acclaimed attraction,
45minutes away from Darwin, it provides you with aquariums and
day bird-prey, reptiles and mangraves on the coast. Last but not
least, The Berry Springs Nature Park is an excellent place for a
swim, it is well-known for that, if you have goggles you may
even admired under water the native fish and aquatic life. Parks
are great picnic area and a good base for walks, for wanders in
the monsoon forest and woodlands. Darwin is amazing, with its
gateway, you may visit many exciting places; believe it or not,
the place is interesting and amazing. |
