The Cape Byron
has a lighthouse on it and is found on the north eastern part of
the big Australian continent. It’s an attracting location
offering a view on the migrating hump whales which comes along
the coast during a certain period of the year. They settle there
for a while and then set for another destination which most of
the time stays un-known. It also has excellent look-outs for
tourists as well as citizens of the town Byron Bay, which
is its surrounding town. The cape Byron is named after a British
captain who passed away on 15 May 1770, honoring John Byron
which navigated during the 1764 to 1766. |
