Found in the
heart of Sydney central business district shopping precinct, the
Market Street carries many activities each day. Cross Street of
the central business district of Sydney in Australia is also
situated west to the famous Darling harbour. The market street
is commonly known because it contain the two flagship David
Jones department stores. Found at the heart, the market streets
gives way east to the St James Railway. Moreover, all daily
traffic activities travel along one-way from east to west, and
on its way to the Darling harbour the Sydney Moroil also travels
along. The Market Street of Sydney also contain the centre point
which is the tallest free standing structure of Sydney but the
second tallest in Australia. Moreover, the Queen Victoria
building and the Sydney central plaza are also situated there.
Respectively the Queen Victoria Building, is a grand Victorian
building which represents contrast to the modern buildings
around it, whereas the SCP is a symbolic result of a major
redevelopment of the Former Grace Bros, which is enclosed to the
original Grace Bros building. |
